SWINDON 105.5
is an accessible and inclusive radio station set up to work with and for the local community.  Key headings are The Arts and Literature, Community, Education, diverse range of Music and Discussion.  Programmes are presented by local people who receive training and support (current age range is 13 to 75).
 
Literary-wise, why not get involved...
* we broadcast a Poem For The Day just after 7.40 am weekdays
* plan to introduce a weekly Monday afternoon short story slot at about 4.20 pm
* we have a weekly literary hour called Rhythm and Rhyme, Thursdays 4-5pm, for which I am looking for involvement from individuals keen to learn about presenting the programme or gathering information, recording interviews, reviewing work, or recording poetry and stories
